Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using Ratiba360.
By making payment and using the system, your school agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between your school
("Client", "you") and Mega 360 Designers ("we", "us", "Ratiba360"),
a digital agency registered and operating from Malindi, Kenya.
By paying for and using Ratiba360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Ratiba360 is a school timetable management system that enables schools to:
Set up academic structures (grades, classes, subjects, teachers, period slots).
Auto-generate conflict-free CBC timetables.
Manage teacher substitutions and exam schedules.
Allow teachers to view their personal timetables on any browser.
The system is delivered as a hosted web application installed under your school's chosen domain or a subdomain.
3. Payment & Ownership
One-Time Payment - You Own It Forever
Ratiba360 is sold as a perpetual licence. Upon receipt of payment of
KES 20,000, you receive full, permanent ownership of the Ratiba360 system
installed for your school. There are no monthly fees, no annual renewal charges, and
no subscription costs of any kind.
Payment method: M-Pesa to +254 707 412 795, or bank transfer on request.
Receipt: An official receipt is issued after payment is confirmed.
Activation: Your school's system will be set up and activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Refunds: Due to the digital and customised nature of the service, payments are non-refundable once setup has commenced. If setup has not yet begun, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment.
4. Setup & Support
Free onboarding: We provide one free setup session (via WhatsApp or phone call) to help your school configure the system and generate its first timetable.
Ongoing support: WhatsApp and email support is available for reasonable technical queries at no additional charge.
Out-of-scope work: Significant customisations, new feature development, or integrations beyond the standard Ratiba360 system may be quoted separately.
5. Your Responsibilities
As the Client, you agree to:
Provide accurate school information during setup.
Keep your administrator login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons.
Use Ratiba360 only for lawful school administration purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Ratiba360 system to other schools without written permission from Mega 360 Designers.
Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Ratiba360 software, codebase, design, branding, and all related intellectual property remain the property of Mega 360 Designers.
Your payment grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the system for your school's internal timetable management.
You may not:
Resell or sub-licence Ratiba360 to other schools or organisations.
Remove or alter the "Built by Mega 360 Designers" attribution in the system footer.
Use the Ratiba360 name or logo for your own commercial purposes.
Data that your school inputs into the system (timetables, teacher names, class names) belongs to your school.
7. Hosting & Uptime
Ratiba360 is hosted on shared hosting (HostPinnacle) or a VPS (Hetzner) depending on your deployment.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We are not liable for downtime caused by the hosting provider or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law:
Ratiba360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of the system.
Our total liability to your school shall not exceed the amount you paid for Ratiba360 (KES 20,000).
9. Termination
Since you own the system outright, there is no subscription to cancel.
However, we reserve the right to withdraw technical support and future updates if these Terms are violated.
We may also terminate access to any hosted demo or trial environment without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction in the courts of Kilifi County.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page
will reflect changes. Continued use of Ratiba360 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
